I can translate (redraw) from photographs depending on how intricate the design is, from pictures, or from sketches that you have done (if they are reasonable) into stained glass, I can also suggest what design you can use for a special location in your home or garden from custom drawings that I produce.
However, there are some things to keep in mind to ensure the success of your custom piece:
(a) Your design cannot only have a certain amount of intricacies, so you must consider that working in glass has certain restrictions;
(b) The shape of a piece must be practical for glass, as glass is difficult to cut into too complex shapes. However, I can create your most loved motorcycle, car, pickup, semi or window scene or family crest into the best stained glass pieces.
Commission costs?
The price of a commissioned is carefully calculated, taking into account the size and complexity of the design, and the type of glass to be used as art glass is costly, plus the cost of Shipping and Packaging. Email
Shipping Costs?
Shipping charge includes shipping and insurance. Shipping costs vary on size and weight of the piece. NOTE: Shipping to Canada & USA only, To obtain an estimate on a custom piece or to make a purchase Email.
Packaging Costs?
These include the construction of a crate, plus packaging and materials, and are generally fixed at $50. Stained glass art is heavy and extremely delicate, packing and shipping correctly is essential, prices may vary.
How do I pay for my commission?
Two installments: a deposit of 50% of the piece price is payable before the start of work, and the balance, plus the Shipping & Handling.
